Delete your Whisky Compass account

Whisky Compass (developer: Whisky Compass) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Open the app → tap your avatar in the top right → Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

Log in at whiskycompass.app, then open Delete account and confirm with your password.

Email koki.25.ando@gmail.com from the address you registered with and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm your identity by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your account (email address, display name, password)
• All of your check-ins, ratings and tasting notes
• All photos you uploaded, including the files in our storage
• Your flavor profiles

Deletion is immediate and permanent — nothing is retained in a recoverable state, and there is no waiting period during which the account could be restored.

Whisky names added to the shared whisky list remain, because other people's records refer to them. These entries contain no personal information and are no longer linked to you. Server access logs may retain an IP address for up to 30 days for security purposes.
